You can ask dealers to get that part, but did you call the SERVICE LINE - 800-554-8741? They are very helpful.

Well, my apology for my small rant. I had contacted Festool through their contact page with no response for two weeks. I got a response within 5 minutes after posting here. Seems using the 800 number is the best way. so i will order my parts today.
My local dealer lost its franchise due the fact that i live in USA, close to Canada and some Canadians were buying tools here and someone in Canada got in a big huff about license agreements and Festool pulled their franchise, great for us customers buying festool tools. Lost my dealer support. Ok, another rant but it is true.
Appreciate the responses and help here. THANKYOU.
