Try Axminster. There's a 10mm one in the drop-down...

     I may be wrong but for some reason I believe these to be made by Festool.

Narex is a company under the TTS umbrella/parent company, but completely separate from Festool (see their 'About Us' page). They make power tools, but they have none of the Festool/Protool traits (plug-it, centrotec, etc), although they do ship some tools in systainers.

There's no mention of hand tools on their website though...

      Well OK but I knew there was a link somewhere.
      The Narex logo's the same and they're from the cheque republic ,don't know why there's no mention on the site.They look good quality.

The cheque republic is a bank.  The Czech Republic is a country and they only accept money orders.  Tongue Out
