I'm also for selling.
First, if you're planning to stay here for a longer time, years, then it's much more comfortable working with tools that are meant for the European grid. A step up transfomer will work of course, but I'm sure you'll get sick of hauling the thing around all the time very quickly. Now if you're using one to get a CMS working in North America, then the discomfort might be worth it because you're using a tool that is not available in NA. But you can get a Domino here in EU also.
Second, the market for used Festools is a lot bigger here than in NA, you'll easily find a good Domino and CTL 36 for about €1000 together. Domino €500, and CTL 36 €500. I mean, those prices count for used tools in pristine condition. Add a bit of usage marks and they're even cheaper. If you want a used CTL 33 you can get lucky already for €250. Did I mention used Festools are just as good as new ones? Because they are, built like a tank.
