Order from Indiana Festool warehouse

I always use internet Festool dealers to order stuff, never have any problem or delays. This time decided to do a good deed to a local business. Asked to place an order for VAC-SYS system and now third week coming still has no items I ordered. Can't get any answer , they claims that all orders from Indiana take so long, is it true?
Now realizing that any good deed would not left unpunished, I don't know what to do - wait another week? Cancel order and place it in my regular internet place?
What is usual time for getting order from warehouse?

Did the same thing once back when Rockler sold Festool. Took them 6 weeks to get a 3000 Guide Rail. The manager did loan me the store rail but it was a pain picking it up and returning a rail that long.  [crying] Online dealers are much fast to deliver. Go figure.

Sorry, I didn't read your original message closely enough. I received your private message. I'll respond in the thread, because it might be good info for others.

I can't speak directly to the dealer in question or their specific order, but more than 98% of orders that we receive from dealers are shipped within 24 hours. If an item is on backorder, the dealer's shipment will not include those items. However, that should not affect the VAC SYS.

Speaking of backorders, ant update on the bluetooth module?  My Woodcraft dealer placed an order for me and others over a month ago and hasn't yet received any.
