Rebate Status - Router Promotion

Has Festool started shipping out the $100 rebates for the router promotion? I sent my used tool back in October and it was signed for on 11/1. It's been 4 weeks, which is fine given that 4-6 weeks was the expected time frame. But I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss something if it happened to get shipped sooner.

I received my rebate card several weeks ago too.

BTW, I registered the card online, and then used it to get an amazon credit.  Amazon gave me a $10 bonus for doing this.   I only used half of the money to buy a few Festool items :-)

Many of the cards have been shipped. If you don't receive yours six weeks after you submitted your tool, let us know.

I submitted my registration for the Festool Trade up promotion on November 15. My purchase was made on September 26th and included a OF2200. I received my confirmation from Festool regarding registering my purchase but I still have not received my form for my tool submission.

I know the registration period ends on December 31st so I am concerned that my registration did not complete.

I would appreciate any help you can provide.

@Festool USA It has now been over 10 weeks since your rebate processor received my tool. I emailed them at week 7 to see what was wrong and was promised a 2 week expedited shipment. That never happened, so I emailed them again at week 10. A response was received indicating it should get processed next week. Given what's occurred so far, I'm reluctant to believe them. If you're going to run a promotion like this again, I'd suggest conducting a bit more due diligence on the vendor handling the rebates. I apply for a lot of rebates from a variety of companies, and this one is setting a record for the longest processing time by far.

I purchased 2 tools through this promotion. The first on 9/27/2018, the second on 10/25/2018.
I have received the rebate cards for both.

Never had a problem with mine. Took on the longer end of the estimated time, but it came within that time. Got an email when they received the tool.

There is probably an issue with your rebate or it somehow fell through the cracks.  Maybe Tyler can assist?  I received my rebate within the stated time intervals as well.  It was somewhat extended if you measure time from when I registered the new tool and finally received the rebate card, but it was within their stated guidelines.
