The part # of the screw is 401076. It holds the front handle to the fence. Does anyone know the thread size for the screw or the screw hole?

I am trying to get a bolt for the screw hole, but don't know the size of bolt I should get. Could anyone please help?

It looks like it’s an M8.

Yup, M8 it is.  I just tried a standard M8 x 1.25 bolt from the face side and it threaded.
