Why not sell bigger packages

Instead of offering say a TS55 and MFT3 pkg or a CT and sander ,
why not offer a larger pkg .
Example : Festool Package 1 :
An MFT, CT, sander, TS 55, guide 2 1400 guide rails w/connectors, OF 1010 .
Call it a Festool intro pkg.
How about a festool deal buy 3 tools get so much off, buy 4 get so much off etc or
buy say OF 1010 and x amount of accessories at time of purchase and get so much off etc
Buy all at the same time with a cost savings?
We are going to buy the extras and other tools eventually anyway.
This will be a incentive to get everything at once.
Just curious

This is Festool we are talking about.
They don't need to; people will buy them anyway.

I have to admit, one of the reasons I like Festool as a brand is the set pricing. If a company thinks something should sell for a given amount, stick to it. Those brands that continuously cycle from one sale to another should take note. If you think your drill package is only worth $200 then sell it for $200. Don't have an MSRP of $349, hoping some poorly informed schmuck will overpay. This just tells me their tool is really only worth $200 (or less). With these brands I'm always left wondering, did I really get the best price. Not only that but look at the dramatic effect on re-sale value of their used tools.
I do like the idea of bundles, but would prefer bundling of accessories with a given tool. Accessories more than likely have a bit more mark-up built in anyway.
