A Great Molding Catalog
« on: February 14, 2018, 06:55 PM »
I have to give credit to @Sparktrician for this one.  I was talking to him on the phone today and after hearing about my search for some molding offered to send me a catalog file to check out that he has used for reference for years.

Absolutely amazing.  You might use it for ideas or show your dealer and ask if they have it, can get it, or make it.

Thanks Buddy!

Caution:  It is a large file.

Peter

Great catalog, thanks Peter!  I enjoy these, especially the profiles of built-up moldings.

Check out the Windsor One catalog too, similar but different.

Hey Peter,

I  started buying at Smoot in the early 90's.  They always seemed to have whatever we needed that no one else could get.

They have on display   a window that was demo'ed out of a row house in DC, made by the Smoot joinery shop in the 1800's.  I found a picture of it on the web.
