Folding Door Hardware
« on: May 01, 2017, 08:28 PM »
I'm working on a cabinet for my grandfather. Approximately 5ft wide, 2.5ft high and he really wants bi-fold doors on it. I'm struggling to locate suitable hardware for it. So far all I've found is the Hettich Wing Line 26. It doesn't appear to be commonly available to purchase online. Does anyone have hardware recommendations for folding doors?

Depends on how much you want to pay. Lets assume as little as possible. The cable system flipper door slide is a good solution. Recommended by @Jon Hilgenberg
The Hawa folding concepta are more expensive but have more support with a top rail.

I built a cabinet with the Blum.  I don't remember which one I purchased anymore but here is a link to Rockler's website.
