I have a charger for the old C-12 drill. Works, no problems EXCEPT that it needs a new power cord. I clipped the original cord to gang it up with other chargers. It now has a pigtail about 5" long for repair, or you can open the charger up and replace the cord completely.

I'll send it to you, no charge.  Just look at the postage sticker and donate the same amount (or more!! ) to your favorite charity.
