Thought I would throw this FOG's way...... please check out info at my local Craigslist ad I put up today.... thanks for looking....
  These are 90 % carbide bits... I spent a fortune on them over the years...... definitely some LIGHT rust on many, but only superficial.... you may have the magic solvent or whatever , and they will be like new and serve you well for a long time... they function perfectly as is....I know this is a good deal....!
  I would like to deal only locally ( sorry--- I have had only good luck with this...), so California Bay area is the best... I live in Sonoma... thanks!
    ps  I might sell some hand planes, also... and my Templaco door templates...
