Cheers John,

I also love working with birch ply, hence why most of my work on the page is made using the stuff!

Very neat.

I was asked to make some draws storage just like that photo a while ago now in some old stairs. It never happened as lots of water pipes ran under there and it would have been a lot of work.

I thought there would be more of you guys on Instagram.

I find it great way to keep my clients up to date with my current work instead of uploading stuff to a website all the time.

I've started using Instagram as well now, much easier as it loads straight on to my website via the account, plus there's lots of other accounts uploading some really cool work to take inspiration from.

No offense if I follow any of you, but nearly all the woodworkers on instagram are pitifully unimaginative. There's only so many bookshelves, kitchen cabinets, and live edge tables I can take.

The guys mixing in custom concrete and steel have some really neat ideas though.

Some of my favs:

https://www.instagram.com/hungrywolfstudio/
https://www.instagram.com/mb_concrete_design/
https://www.instagram.com/steelandgrain/
https://www.instagram.com/konkretedesigns/
https://www.instagram.com/hillashamia.studio/

The last one is one of my favorites - casting metal into wooden bases.

Mine is @triedandtruewood

Not a ton of fancy of over the top posts, but I do post what sells in the area I live in.

Also, no concrete. Everything is already made of concrete. I'd say we don't need more ( imo of course.)

Nice to see others on Instagram too. I like to see what people are doing in the U.S. and afar. I post some of my pics and will be doing it a lot more coming soon. I have bought new equipment for the shop and when its up and running the videos will follow. Please follow me if interested and I will do the same. I have met many great people on here and on Instagram .
