Hi, has anyone else had recent problems with the Festool website?  I have had problems with non responsive registration of tools (2 weeks after registering a PDF tool warranty and still no reply) also registration for a Festool webpage account, newsletter, promotions etc.  Email complaints about the same have equally, gone unanswered.  I have purchased tools for my company  in the UK and Malaysia, so the lack of response is not limited to one country.
