I upgraded my Kreg dust collection for $0.87 by getting this plumbing tube at HD, 20 sec with a heat gun and it slid over the dust outlet and the other end was already enlarged, the festool hose end fits tight inside that. I may shorten it a little so the  weight of the hose wont interfere.

I just went to home depot and bought this for 10 bucks. It just popped right into my 27mm hose and the kreg adapter. Now, I'd suggest you get eccentric like me ("Can I help you with something sir?" "I don't think so, but thanks.") and bring the hose and adapter with you to double check, but I was pretty happy to find out that something so off the shelf worked.

$10!!!!!  [eek]

I use the Fein adapter from Amazon with my Kreg K5 and CT Mini and it works great for only $5.99.  [big grin]
Wow.  In less than 2 years that adapter went from $5.99 to $96.31 + $7.50 shipping.  Am I reading something wrong?  I'm not very familiar with Amazon.

That rubber Fein adapter is discontinued. The closest replacement might work. At TooNut.

A piece of clear PVC tube 30mm OD 150mm long with 4 cuts 25mm deep on one end works for me.  The plain end slips into the Kreg dust port and the cut end is pushed into the Festool 26mm hose.  More than enough to keep the swarf clear.  This adapter then sits next to the drill bit in the out feed container when not in use.  The Kreg is mounted to it's own "T" frame and a worm drive hose clamp screwed 170mm from the Kreg dust port to act as a support for the dust extraction hose keeps everything in place.  The tabs on the swivel are so under-engineered to be a disgrace.   8)

Bumping up an old thread. The one I found at thingaverse wasn't sized correctly, esp for the NEW 36 to 27 mm adapter, so I designed my own. It works perfectly with the K3 jig. I've made it available to purchase from Shapeways in both left and right handed versions:
