Been reading/ looking around for MFT bench dogs and rail-dogs and know some Foggers being makers in the US. (among Qwas)
I've been purchasing from the US sometimes and 9 out of 10 times customs here nailed me. Especially in Finland they seem to monitor cautiously wanting to squeeze every €. Anyway after searching around the internet a bit I came across woodworker.de where they were discussing precision dogs for the MFT where a member has approached a metal workshop with wishes for the MTF/3 and I PM the guy and ordered 4 dogs and two rail dogs. Can't wait their arrival!

Have you had time to test your EU Bench dogs yet?
I live in Germany so would be interested in some "locally" produced Dogs.

Also dont like to have to pay the customs fees.

These dogs seem to be easy to build with aluminium scraps...if you have a mini lathe
I'll do that... as soon as I have time Scared

No I don't have a lathe. I haven't really got in to the fine metal work area so far. More wood, plastic and cloth.

If you find the time in the next monts to produce some please give me a Quote for a set of Bench and rail dogs.

Thanks

I went yesterday to the scrapyard, and found some pieces of aluminium and stainless steel...
I'll try to machine them, hopefully next week...
See you
