I'm just about to order the 1400 router from Festool. This morning, I saw the mortising attachment on this forum. Never heard of it before. On the Festool website the attachment is described as being compatible with the 1100 & 2000 model routers only. No mention of using it with the 1400.

Does it in fact work together with the OF 1400?

Gary, you probably seen my review of the routing aid OF-FH. In that review I stated (twice) that the OF-FH fits the OF1400 router. However, if you are like me, see is believing!   Grin

Brice I read your review of the equipment. But then I went to the Festool-USA website. The OF-FH is listed as an accessory only on the OF1100 and OF2000 models. Compatability with those two model routers is cited. The OF 1400 isn't mentioned. Thus my posting here.

You mean the OF1010. I haven't seen the OF1100, even here in Australia.
