On my current project I was faced with cutting in radius window liners (windows already installed). Well, in the past its always been a true pain in the . Ive attempted the Kreg method but was never pleased with the results. This time around I got smart. Why cant I Domino them to the window? I can't the fence protrudes to far from the machine to allow it to sit against the window frame. What if I flipped the fence to 0 and screwed a block through the triangle punchouts? This creates a new auxiliary fence, still allows the use of height adustment, for the machine that allows me to fit it in almost any situation. Now I simply rip my liners long, set them in the frame and scribe away for a perfect fit!
Excuse the quality of picture, its taken from my phone.
