I have the: 101337     Commercial One Piece 1.5 in. Wand Kit F listed on this page:
http://www.pro-team.com/pt/accessories/kits.aspx

I got the '14" Hard Floor Tool w/Felt Brush/Scalloped' separately and it works beautifully on hardwood floors. There is a 'carpet' brush included in the kit above that works well on carpets.

The wand and the small accessories fit nicely inside the rubber hose end on the Festool 36mm hose.

I got the vac and accessories from Ivie Enterprises. They're a janitorial supply house. I think there are probably no-name acessories that may be cheaper and work on the 1.5 inch hose standard, but I'm just commenting on the ones I have used myself. Note, that wand only breaks down into two pieces, so it's not going to fit into a systainer, but is very light. (maybe half the weight of the durable but heavy festool hose sections.)

In late 2005, before I was thinking of setting up a wood shop in my condo, the common area coin laundry room often flooded my space.

I went to a janitorial supply firm a few blocks away and bought a wet vac that resembles R2D2 painted blue. A week later I was using a beloved Hoover upright to vacuum some carpet. I did not realize that carpet was wet, so the Hoover died in seconds. Over the years I had passed an up-scale appliance store.

One of their featured brands is Mielé. (My apologies, I just realized I left out the i in some posts.) During the day, when I was on vacation, the sound of the Mielé was no problem. Compared to the late Hoover, it was quiet. The Mielé might not meet Heppa standards, but I was not bothered by the odor of dust, as was the case with the Hoover.

The week after I bought the Mielé vac I purchased my first TS55 and CT22. One of the features I love most with the CT22 is that they do not interfere with electronic equipment. Even with a 27mm AS hose I did not need to turn the CT22 up all the way. Three weeks after I started building things with my TS55 my vacation ended.

I was back to supervising the "grave yard" shift from 8pm to 4am. When I got home I was tired but wide awake. One night when I could not get to sleep, I tried turning on the CT22 on a minimum setting. I could hardly hear it. Outside my front door I could not hear it. I only had the 27mm AS hose, which did not work well with the Mielé fittings. I measured that hose which was 37mm. Saturday morning I drove to Eagle Tool and bought a 37mm AS hose.

Wow, that CT22 worked like a quiet charm during the night. When I vacuumed during the day I still used the Mielé. As soon as I retired it was like vacation 24/7. I no longer wanted to clean my floors in the middle of the night. In my workshop I started using a Festool utility brush, like a short counter brush.

These days I own a lot of CT22 and one CT36. Everyone of those as one of the utility brushes.

My Mielé stays in my condo. That workshop and all my Festools now live in my big shop.

Thanks for the link.  I'll have to dig around to find what they have.  I noticed on the other link you posted that one of the sets has a turbo brush, gonna have to check the price on that.

Glad to help - I think it may be the same turbo brush we've seen under a few different brands. Sorry I don't have part numbers for everything. If you look on the pro team site under accessories the part numbers are all listed. There are a lot of other online dealers.

On the floor accessories, note that there is a threaded type coupling for a lot of them. You would need a wand with that type of coupling to be compatible.

If you have a Miele don't assume anything about other 'decent' home vacs. The Miele line is about as good as it gets; powerful, quiet, easy to maneuver, etc.
That's all true, and that's why we bought Miele.  But even far less expensive vacs than Miele have adjustable brushes, telescoping handles, suction control at the top of the handle, lower center of gravity, non-marring pieces, etc, all of which lead me to not want to use a CT for home cleaning purposes..

We have the Miele Cat and Dog 5000 it ranges from 300 watts to 2200 watts and pisses all over the ctl for home cleaning.

We have had Dysons Vacs etc and they dont come close either.

It isnt the cheapest of machines but it is a beast in a surprisingly small and manuverable package.

£170 there or there abouts...if you have pets or even if you dont it is a great machine.
