Hi everybody. Yet another idea that popped into my head with this handy bench. Have a look if you have a few minutes. Comments welcome.

Looks good! Clever add-on for your bench to locks in 90 degrees.

I haven't seen an aluminum saw guide used before but it is a big improvement over a wood edge. I'd be tempted to try melamine to see if it lowers friction over waxed mdf.
