trion blade fell out

I go to make a second cut,in rubber( if that matters),the blade fell out,off the circle ,not out of the holder, there is a little pin and it looks like it presses on past the pin.the carbide guide also bent.I don't think I'm missing something visually, my best route is call Indiana, then take to the dealer, when they open 2hours later,it is 45 days old,3 minutes worth of cuts, shame for such a expensive ,new saw

Call Festool service. Send it directly to them and save the time. If you take it to the dealer it gets sent to Festool anyway.

I called indiana, they said send it.went to the dealer,he said I just sold it to you,I'll give you a new one, that easy.I don't have the d handle ,you want a barrel.ok then a new one comes in a day or two, take this one to use.aside from the original problem it could not have worked out better.
