Woodpeckers framing square

Hi Guys

can anyone that has a woodpeckers framing square check the to see if the 2 metal silver rods that align the square are flush to the surface of the square.

I just recieved my 660mm square from the latest run and on one side they are sitting high by 1mm

Just checked mine - both in the set have a slight rise, as well as my several year old 1281 square.

Must just be a part of the manufacturing process.

Same on my 1281 and the 26" one
