I ordered a CXS set from Festool Products at 1130 on Thurs May 3rd. I hoped to have it by an upcoming kitchen install with Plunske on Wed May 9th. I emailed Peter James about when i might expect it. He emailed me back in less then ten minutes, much to my suprise that it would be here Mon May 7th. Now i live in CT and there headquarters are probably only 2 hours away, but i was shocked when i got an email on Fri May 4th stating that my package was out for delivery. When i got home at 530 pm, i was greeted with a new CXS. 29 hours people. You cannot mess with that. The invoice had a sticker that said "Must Ship Today" leading me to believe that there is no screwing around over there. MySystainer/JapanWoodworker who is in CA, sometimes doesnt ship for three days and packages arrive about ten days later. I dont know about you regular people but i use these tools for a living and cant afford to wait around. How much did that expedited shipping cost? Nada! I am awarding you guys with AAAA+ service. Thank you Peter and Sean, look forward to seeing you guys, Eric Buggeln, regular customer from now on.

Attended a dealer training last week in Indiana with a couple of the guys from ToolNut (Tom & Tom). Good guys & very knowledgeable on Festool products. Your comments are fully merited.

Eric, thank you. It's been great to work and talk with you and everyone in this community. We're reachable anytime - don't hesitate to reach out! I'm bummed I won't be able to shake your hand this Saturday! If you're hungry - drive another 7 miles and come to the party - I'll feed ya! ;-)
Chip, I just spoke with one of the Tom's - he had a blast with you last week in Indy!

I don't know if I get it to be honest. PM or email me what my joke was about so I know what I got myself into when Peter busts through the thin, paltry drywall dividing our two offices and kicks my butt. Seriously!

On more than one occasion I've asked tool nut a question about a tool on weekends past 7pm, and Peter would respond within ten minutes. How many retailers would do that on a Sunday? And everything I've ordered always arrives to my house faster than I would ever expect. You guys deserve all the business in the world, no retailer can match your customer service. Can't say enough how impressed I have been.
