About McFeely's Square Drive Screws
« on: March 28, 2007, 04:55 PM »
McFeely’s is proud to have been one of the first Festool Independent Sales Agents (we began representing Festool in 2002). We converted to the Festool Stocking Dealer program in 2006, and are pleased to have complete control over our extensive Festool inventory. This allows us to provide our Festool customers with the legendary customer service, technical support, and speedy shipping that we have built our reputation upon since 1978.  Members of our Technical Staff have been trained by Festool and own and use Festool products.  We provide toll-free technical support for the entire line of Festool products and accessories, and are even able to assist with commonly needed “consumable” repair parts like motor brushes.

In addition to Festool, McFeely's provides convenient one-stop-shopping for Square Drive Screws (over 750 types), CMT and Freud router bits and blades, Starrett measuring and marking tools, CrystaLac water-based wood finishes and Apollo HVLP spray systems, Mepla cabinet hardware, and a wide selection of innovative tools and supplies for woodworkers and Do-it-Yourselfers.

McFeely's continues to raise the bar and provides innovative and exclusive valued added services for its Festool customers.  We introduced the “Beat the FESTOOL Price Increase” on-line calculator, Personalized Systainer Decals for your Festool power tools, McFeely’s FESTOOL Systainer Screw Assortment, and more.

We work hard to make McFeely's the premiere source for Festool tools and accessories!

Hello Shane - I have a suggestion.  Since McFeely's is the premiere square drive screw source (IMHO) and offers square drive bits, could you guys excercise some of your square drive clout and get some square drive bits that fit the Centrotec chuck? :)
Thanks,
Steve

Thanks for the feedback, Steve.  Jim Ray, owner of McFeely's, has been in negotiations with one or more vendors to manufacturer a Centrotec compatible square drive bit.  I'll see if I can get an update on the status.

Actually, I put Festool in touch with a manufacturer that can supply these. I didn't feel that there was any reason for McFeely's to act as a middle man and just jack up the cost. It is now out of my hands, but I understand that the two parties are in discussions. Hopefully, there will be Square Drive CentroTec bits available soon (relatively soon may be more accurate).

How do I purchase "Personalized Systainer Decals" for my Systainers?

Does the free shipping with $150.00 Festool purchase apply to non-Festool products purchased on the same order with the Festool?

Thanks, Jeff

Jeff, I'm not from McFeely's, however I have ordered from them, the answer is no, the free shipping is for Festool products only.

I've ordered from them also and there was a nominal charge on non Festool stuff.
