I was wondering if some of the other guys are slow(as I am this month) and maybe they can put their services in the classified area  either for trade to another business or just to drum up some business for themselves.

Do you think a section on a "services" area for the forum members could be viable in this economy? Even if I sold one inlay from a recommendation from one person here could mean the difference between a good and bad month. Possibly some of the other guys are in the same boat and would like to advertise their work specialties to help drum up business and of course mention they use Festools to do the work.

I do not want this turning into a traditional advertising thing. More like letting everyone know what we do and we need business and to consider  forum members maybe before some other companies they may have been using. And not just for woodworking but for any kind of work.

Basically this would be networking within this forum and giving each other referrals and helping forum members drum up business.

Any thoughts, good idea, bad idea.

The one who says it can't be done should avoid interrupting the person doing it.

Remember that a lot of the visitors we get are people who may want to purchase goods or services. It pays to promote your profile.
