So I haven't ordered anything of real importance from Bob Marino Festool....Just a 32" Guide Rail, also a Sys 1 Uni, and also the 9 drawer Sortainer....and I have to say I am totally hooked on buying from that guy and his wonderful website...I usually do my purchase on Thursday or Friday and I get it on Tuesdays....my next purchase of the MFT 3 will be from Bob....I also love the fact of free shipping without a minimum order. I always thought it was always better to buy Festool from a store front because I figured I would get plenty of helped....well I was totally wrong on that perspective....now all my Festool buying will go through Bob Marino

I second that!! Bought all my Festools from Bob. He takes the time to answer any questions/concerns you may have. I go to the Woodworking Show ever year in Somerset NJ but refuse to buy any Festool from the dealer at the show.

Far far far far better to order from Bob Marino or of course Tom Bellemare. After a few times of the I can order it line from Woodcraft these guys show you what old fashioned quality service is all about. I have become addicted to Bellemare's Toolhome for great service and normally having what I want in his inventory.

Dealers here rock! I choose to call and place my orders and get the thoughts and opinions of those who have been trained on the tools. That is part of the fabulous experience in my mind!

The tools in my truck were talking the other day. The Dewalts, PC's, Boschs, Makitas were not happy. They also were in the minority. Their complaint: They felt unused and unappreciated since the Festools moved in. I guess the truth hurts.

I started ordering from Bob in 2006, I recently discovered Tool Nut which is about 40 minutes from my house (extreme danger in that), and I just placed my first order with Tom at Tool-Home this week because of his abrasive assortment for the RO 90 (and of course I never order just one thing, so there was more to it...). All these guys are great resources to have available to our community, so thank you very much to each of you.

Bob Marino does a good job of advertising Festool so a few months ago I decided to give him a try. Since that time I've ordered four large ticket items from him. I've never had a problem. He ships them promptly and they arrive right on time. The packages are so well wrapped and packaged that the chances of an order being damaged in shipment is nil. I will continue to order from him. He's also very accessible by phone and knows the answers. Atta boy Bob!

Yeah, Bob has a great website and super fast response to emails, etc. But things can go wrong with any dealer. In my opinion, what sets Bob apart is that when something goes wrong, he gets on it and makes it right - whatever it takes.
Bob has earned my trust and my business.

Bob's responsiveness and quick delivery has been a major factor in my repeat business, but what has truly impressed me is how well every item I have received has been packed. There has not been one instance of damage in shipping in the over two year period that I've been buying Festools. His fulfillment warehouse people do a spectacular job with bubble wrap; no exceptions. Well done, Bob!

Wow, I'll bet that Bob's blushing right now. I'll add to the praise, I've been buying from him since 2008 and he has always taken excellent care of me. My only complaint is that it can often take 15 minutes to get through the bubble wrap.

The Domino thread got me to remember this story. I had bought tools from Bob in the past. My saw and router IIRC. I called him up one afternoon, at 3:00 PM. and told him that I had a project in front of me, and decided to buy a Domino. I ordered it, with the accessory kit, and asked him to sent it to me ASAP. The Big Brown truck pulled up in my driveway at 2:00 PM the very next day!!! Now don't go to him expecting a 1 day delivery (actually 23 hours) or he might just shoot me. But the story that I just told you is absolute fact.

Ive ordered from both Bob and Tom,
Ive bought from my local brick and mortar.
I can tell you one thing,
Something about the Green Kool Aid,
They were all great to work with, great customer service, knowledgable, plain awesome
that is except one national wood working supplier wose name does NOT start with a W.
The other one well, Ive not been happy with.
