charged but no repair

I had remarked previously about my RTS 400 EQ biting the dust, The repair was 2/3 the cost of  new one with no systainer, no cord and 6 month warranty. I told them skip the repair and  ship me the tool and cord back.  I got the tool and cord in a big ziplock bag and a  charge of $157.79 on my credit card. I called and talked to brett on 8-16-17 he said it should be credited by 8-17-17. I gave them some more time to process and still no joy as of 8-24-17. Every time I call the number it seems "no one is home". I had such high praise for Festool as the product and company to emulate , told several friends if you are going to buy go with quality. Now I can't even get them to respond. What happened did harbor freight buy festool out? NO wait Harbor Freight will make the effort to make it right.. So sorry for the negativity but Festool needs to step up in the game! Is the FES for falsely engineered scrap. This has to be what bikers felt when AMF bought out Harley!
