that is the clear cover for the lasers that goes inside the kapex by the guard.

I was cutting returns fro window aprons and of course a small piece got flung around inside the cover.

My left laser was blurry and nearly impossible to see.

I took out the window to clean it and see it that was what the issue was.

Turns out it had a big scratch on it.  No amount of buffing or cleaning will get it out.

I guess this more of a PSA then a real problem.

So if you get a fuzzy laser, the window could be scratched.
