T18 guts

Not a review but some « in » sight.

Bottom line : it is a sleek looking design. Apart from the rotating torque setting there appear to be no mechanical switch. Trigger, reverse and drill position switches are all hall sensors. The torque setting switch is, BTW, very easy to replace if need be. It’s about 20€ over here.

The PCB is fully potted. Motor wires are soldered. I think there is very little chance for malfunction as long as the components themselves don’t fail.
