This is the same kit I have. Very nice set up

This seller shows N.J. as their location (I paid twice their price);

I got 4 of them ones  Ocram and has linked to.   They are not brilliant very poor quality for bessy!  They are not bessy quality to be honest.   I got some other straps which are a unknown brand and feel better quality.

TWO, Things I hate about the bessy floor clamps!

1. the threaded bar does not retract far enough back for when lets say the board is slightly under neath the wall.
2.The red end caps with the metal ring they fall off all the time and are easily lost. So you end up with the a metal rod.

I just made a quick video to  show you the two things I HATE about them!

I have some other floor thingies which are much better for packing the flooring from the wall because your able to retract the threaded bar back more to allow for when floor boards are under plaster board slightly OR if you need to place a piece of timber to spread the pressure along the wall

also to show you how easily them end caps come off!

NEWSFLASH ... some blithering idiot just paid over $200 for these on Ebay. You can buy better versions of these clamps for $40 each ($80) and then there's the scratched up old twin clip v's a new T-Loc Sys1 ... another foolish Ebay Festool buying frenzy!
