Festool Warranty terms

So, I took my jigsaw into local dealers to send away for repair. How long I ask ? few days came the answer.

So it's now 8 days and it's not back yet.

I'm not desperate for it as I have a spare, but I thought 48 hours was the turn around time, I was allowing an extra couple of days so as I took it in on a Monday I thought it would be back by Friday.
