Well,
If this one of Peter's projects...
Who would have known that embroidery has similar but different issues than printing on big plastic boxes.
I don't have time to post pictures here right now, but plan to tomorrow. Bottom line is that the digital mockups looked great, but once they sent me images of the actual stitching as a mock up to approve - I couldn't. History will prove that I may disappoint by delaying items, BUT I will work my but off to get good quality.
Pics and a new thread coming tomorrow for your input.

I really do appreciate the support guys  but I tend to tread to the cautious side. I decided for neatness of the forum to just post here. Below you will see the digital image sent to me and then what I honestly feel is a better alternative. In discussions with the company, straight stitches in combination with small curves or italics don't make the stitching software happy. I guess that a carpenter wrote the software  . Anyway, the only difference is that I am proposing is to reduce the number of green "holes" in the "O" to reduce the clutter. I would suggest getting rid of all of the holes except for the center hole but after playing with it I found it to lost the "pop" and it became boring to me. The actual dimensions of the large portion of the image is approximately 3.5 inches wide by 1 3/8 inches tall. The smaller holes are approximately somewhere around 1/8 inch in diameter. These images will also give an indication of the overall quality of the work. I anticipate that the final product will be slightly better than these images. I've got no stake in this because I'm not ordering any caps, but being used to the FOG logo as it is, the picture with fewer holes doesn't seem genuine to me.
