SHANE !!!

Did you have them wear gloves? Big Grin

Mike,  glad you liked it.  I suspect that it doesn't look the same as when I last saw it.  Probably has been defaced with drool marks, fingerprints, graffiti, etc.

Please don't reveal further what it looks like.  A member of the FOG will be receiving that as a prize and it will be a surprise.

After attending three classes, I can tell you - enjoy the next few days and as you are floating around, watch your head!

Does anyone know how many miles Waynes Fogtainers will be traveling ?  That must be some serious air miles.  Where is our resident statistician (Wood Junkie, your up  Wink)

Distance from Frankfurt to Richmond, VA
Distance is 6673 kilometers or 4147 miles or 3603 nautical miles
The distance is the theoretical air distance (great circle distance).

Distance from Richmond, VA to Cape Town
Distance is 12673 kilometers or 7875 miles or 6843 nautical miles
The distance is the theoretical air distance (great circle distance).

So about 12000 miles plus each end and assuming you can fly direct.

WOW! Wayne's fogtainers have a massive carbon footprint.

Isn't the carbon footprint reduced tremendously if the recipient keeps it for 30 years or more?  That is one of the many benefits of the systainers - they last, and last, and..

Out of curiousity, what are the air miles to Melbourne, Australia?  I thought that was a greater distance.  My feeble search skills  Scared failed me in finding that info.

Thanks for any help.

David asked about the distribution of Fogtainers.

I started a google map of where they are going, but since then I have had some outstanding offers of members sending gifts to others.  For that reason only, I don't want to post too many details about where they are going.  I don't want to spoil great surprises.

A friendly reminder to those who have ordered and have not yet submitted payment.  I need you to submit payment.  Without your funds I do not order your boxes to be produced.  At this time almost one third are in this situation.

Eeep!  Thanks for the reminder.  I owe you for that Sys4 add-on.  I'll be hitting the post office Wednesday, so a money order will be on its way in short order.

Now we have to save up for the shipping costs.   Wink

Sorry if this issue has been discussed before, but why were there no Fogtainer SYS 5's available?

I would have used one or possibly two to create HAND-TOOLS-TAINER of sorts.

Wayne,

The last final total posted was 275. Now it's 305.

305 is more than 275, or at least it was when I went to school. Poke
