Here is a picture for the calendar.

I talked to a guy that was using his MFT/3 at the top of a lift. He was installing some kind of wood ceiling up so 20 to 25 feet in the air. Originally he was going up to measure and fit and then coming down to cut. The MFT/3 up in the list saved a tremendous amount of time on the job. His boss was very happy. Oh the MFT/3 and the idea to use it was the employees not the Boss's.

Harry is on to something.  Since it's for the FOG, perhaps Festool tees, gently torn.

MacGyver, overwelmed by their presence, probably looks at those boxes and thinks, "wonder how much yellow I need to add to leave a stain that's Festool green?"     Scratching Chin

Actually he has become quite attached to those boxes but will soon be suffering separation anxiety.  I wouldn't be surprised to see a pic or two over the weekend and maybe even some other good news!

Welcome! to the FOG!  I have a couple of Fogtainers that might be available but have a couple of members already asking for those.  If that doesn't work out, then I will post their availability here on the forum in the classified section.  My guess is that if that happens they will go fast, so check back often.

Had fun today... Note that ceiling height is 12 feet.  My wife will be overjoyed to still be able to see her Christmas tree!  She does have 12 feet x 300 feet of bubble wrap as a bonus!

Those are only 25% of the total.  Picked these up from the printer and then came home and L and I applied labels.  Guys, don't be afraid of these labels falling off!

Mac's growing pretty fast compared to his picture.

Peter, that upwards shot of the Fogtainers is perfect for the possible future calendar (front or rear cover shot?).

Richard,

No systainer for the Fogtainers - just cardboard.  The ones in the photos above were the ones already in the US.  Previously I posted pictures of the fogtainers from Germany.  The stack behind the boxes are in addition to what I shot in my living room.

All you need now is a 5000mm rail to lean on them.  Wink

Not to be impatient, but does this mean the labelled Fogtainers will be shipping soon?   Drooling

Hint:  My wife wants my living room empty very soon.  There will be a second batch of labelled ones based on the responses to the emails sent.  I also have 120 boxes sitting in my office for shipping and a new label printer.

Oops, the boss is coming home now.  Gotta go hide!

Ken, Thank you for the compliment on the photo.  Mac is slowing down in his growth spurt.  The vet was shocked when he gained 8 pounds in three weeks.  The avatar photo was taken a couple weeks before Christmas.  His photos are deceptive due to his body structure.  He is now about 40 lbs.  He is all muscle and long legs.  Lying down he looks like a typical Golden.  Once he stands, he looks tall and thin.  I frankly thinks that he confuses the camera.  See below, all these were taken the same day - 12/30/2010.

By the way, these pictures were taken with a Fuji Finepix HS10 camera I bought my wife for Christmas.  Although it is not an interchangeable lense DSLR, it has a 24 - 720 mm lens and manual zoom.  I shoot in RAW format and then adjust in Adobe Camera Raw.

A real dog!

My golden is now 13 months old and a solid 80lbs of pure muscle, if anything the vet said he is a bit lean. His paws are as big or bigger than my hands.

I had no idea how smart and strong these dogs are. They love freezing weather and snow too, at least mine does. No wonder they use these as sled dogs now, the strength to size ratio is unbelievable. The only other dog I ever had or saw as smart was my old Doberman. I think my Golden may be smarter in some ways though. Bentley is just a bit hyper, about the only thing I can think of negative, but with 6 kids he is well played with!

Gorgeous dog you have there! Nice snout, not to thin  Smiley. Looks like his leg wings are just coming in, wait for the mane he will get, I love these dogs.

Nick,

Goldens are extremely smart.  We were experimenting the other night with him and his toys.  Each of his toys has a name.  He was able to go and get his toys by name - about 50% of the time.

He will probably not look like a typical golden.  He is partly English Golden - still allowed by the AKC and based on his parents will not be as fluffy.  Our last golden was pretty much white and had wings / feathers that trailed the ground.  Thank goodness for the Dyson vacuum Big Grin.

My goal is to get him to the point that when we have a Fogger National Get Together he will sit and shake hands with members and their kids alike.  And even like Shane  Poke.  Sedge would try to kidnap him, but Minnie would win!

Thanks for the compliments. He read every word.

I'll try to get some paw pics, he stays still very well. I can do anything to him it is quite unbelievable. I can cut his nails, clean his ears, etc he does not move. l I think he likes it. And yeah he is so smart, I am stuck on Golden's now forever.

What is funny he was the last pup left and was the runt of the litter and a bit dark to be a show dog I guess, but we are so happy with him. We bought him as a family dog anyway not a show dog.  I think  the size at birth is deceiving because he grew larger than some of the largest pups in the litter. And the dog is so compact you would never guess his weight  if you saw him, its like a mass of muscle. People usually guess around 60lbs. Not sure if that is right for a show quality, but again he is our family dog and part of the family.

I truly never had a dog I loved before, he is the first.

Nick,

Just wait.  Eleven months from now he / she will be so more different.  You will have a chair at the table for him/her!  You will find out that the cnc programming language manual will be missing ...

Oh dam, he already ate a crown I  spit out, cost me 500.00! And he is a shoe stealer. We always find the shoes in his crate or in a corner under his pillow, half chewed of course!

Yesterday he stole my 8 year old daughters underwear and came flying around the corner with her running after him 1/2 naked, I never laughed so hard in my life! It's like he new it was funny!

You can tell when he is is up to something he has that mischievous look! Or the look like he knows he did something wrong.

I want a plaything for him and my wife won't have it. Just one more!

I can't wait until he gets older and even smarter, but I do not think  my wife will have him at the table, though he sat on a chair at the table when we sang happy B-day to him.

DO you thunk he will be smart enough to set up my spindle and VFD.  Grin

Great dog!!
I have a German shepherd (is this too much German?) any way, I like the shirt idea. and if you will email me the pic of the fog label i will take it to the people that make our company shirts and get me one made! and if you like them we can send them out to any fog member who wants one
this company has about 1000 things  they can embroidery on. The calendar idea sounds good too. Whatever you think is best.
