An update for all those still waiting.
I have made it virtually idiot proof. Peter
i love this. these are always famous last words. cant wait for the printing to be done I actually said that I think that I have made it virtually idiot proof. It has two side stops that allow a systainer to be placed on its back to slide down to a fixed stop where the bottom feet will hit. I have runners underneath that are set to the width of the machine's table that will only allow the jig to be adjusted forward and backwards to adjust the distance from the bottom of the systainers. Test prints will be done on clear packing tape affixed to each size of systainers to make sure things work out. That's all I can tell you now. Peter |

I have learned much. So has the printer. I will say this for them, they really have tried to make up for a bad situation and have done things to make this so much more palatable. If they pull this off, I will publicly give them credit here.
This project has been reduced to a money losing situation for them and they are happy to do the work to prove themselves and right the wrongs. Other than doing it right I can't ask anymore of them.

Is there a t-loc project in the wings if this all works out? Greg, I'm to report the answer is yes, but it won't happen for five or more years....  Beside, we got to give the poor guy a break (and his lovely wife too). I'm keeping my fingers crossed for FOG Tees. |

Just an update for those still waiting. Tomorrow I am taking time off from work to help set up the printing and supervise. Unfortunately they did not get done the end of last week due to issues beyond my control, but my jig fits the machine perfectly (MacGyver says YEAH!) and we are going for it!
Hopefully tomorrow night I will post the best news of my life here.
Again thanks for your patience. I assure you I want you to have these as soon as I can get them to you.

Well, spent the day at the printer. The jig would have been idiot proof if the printing head was exactly over the top of the printing table. Bottom line is that I stayed and helped print the last 91 Fogtainers. YEAH! Actually I am glad that I did from an educational perspective. I know, if there aren't any picts it didn't happen.   Sorry for the terrible images, but... I will be picking them up on Monday and start on getting out to you guys! Peter |

had mine dropped off today, they were sitting at the warehouse accross the border for a few weeks, now I need to decide what to do with them, one will be for a fein multimaster, maybe one for router bits.

Well, MacGyver is a retriever and in the middle of the night he convinced me to "retrieve" the blue boxes at the printers and bring them home. A few members have had their orders packed while I am awaiting additional shipping stuff, but next week should be hot and heavy. Tom, thanks for the kind words. I remembered your predictions early on and your comments about international shipping. If the clerk at the post office hadn't told me about a particular software program for doing the shipping and customs forms, I would have pulled out more hair  .
