Got my OF 1400 today
« on: February 22, 2007, 06:01 PM »

Dropped the kids off at school and headed down to the good old USA and picked up my new OF1400 ;D

What a sweet machine this thing is. My other router would vibrate all over the bloody place if left running on a workbench. This thing sits pretty and the controls, adjusters all seem so refined.

Gotta tell ya though, I am gonna take a rest from buying anymore Festools for awhile. My pocket book looks pretty sad after the TS-55 last month and the OF 1400 this month.     ::)

Good thing is next month I can start saving for the MFT, sander and Domino  ;D

Excellent choice, Dan...you'll enjoy using the router.

But don't even think about stopping with the Festool flow into your shop...as is said quite often at another place I hang out, "It's a slippery slope..."  ;D
