I have been using Robertson bits with my T-15+3 and C-12 drill for years. I just pull the chuck off. When I need a pilot hole I have the bit in the chuck, pop the chuck and put the Robertson bit into the drill. The only problem that I have had is that the T15 will break the bit where it necks down if driven to hard. If the bit does break then shake out the broken piece and pop the bit back in again. The hang up when using the Centrotec chuck is that its bore is slightly too small for our 1/4" driver bits and the lock neck is in a different place. The Festool bits also slide into the hex of the drill shaft. One could either file the corners down on the NA bits or drill out the Centrotec chuck. However I find it just easier to pull the chuck off.

I wouldn't mind him sounding like Morgan Freeman at all Thumbs Up. Tradition has it that God is everywhere, so I take it that means he's also in Canada  Wink.

But wasn't Robertson a Canadian? Seems logical the first centrotec versions also come from there. Bunch of squares  Poke.

Assuming that the price is reasonable and the quality good, I would be interested in the 2 inch bits.

Probably:

two #0 (yellow)

five #1 (green)

five  #2 (red)

two #3 (black)

I also would be interested with these sizes and quantities.

BTW...

I got my set and am pleased....

Thanks to all for making it happen...

A 6" #2 would be awesome for Kreg Jig work -- bet you could sell a ton of those...
