I started looking for a systainer to hold my 5" disc,s but can only find the one which holds 5 different sizes flat. Yet When I go up to the systainer for 6" it holds eight different sizes vertical. Is there a tray or systainer for 5" that holds more?

As for the 125 mm abrasive Systainer, I'm not a fan. It's too small for my liking. I made my own by tweaking Seth LS/RTS idea (link to talkFestool) a little. Systainer #2 with 16 slots. I've got seven 125 mm sanding pads for my ETS/RO125 sander and ton of paper. I'd guess I could get nearly twice as many discs in there that I have shown in the picture, if I packed them tight.

I have a Rotex 125 and I made a conscious decision after looking at both sanding disc systainers to use the 6" systainer. It holds all the 5" discs pretty well and I have a hand sanding block in there too.

I suggest you forget the 5" sys- you will be forever looking for the right pad as only 5 are visible at the same time.

I use a sys 3 for my 125 paper.

THey go in in full boxes.

Now that i finally have my sysports up and running i think i need to make a sandpaper systainer to..........CURSE YOU FOG!!!!!!!  I dont have money for systainers now but im sure i can sell some of my organs if need be.

As usual, nice job Brice.  I've got the 6" systainer and don't mind the configuration for the sandpaper but you're set up offers a little more versatility.  I don't have other pads that I need to store but if I pick some up I may reconfigure the systainer to accomodate them.
