Just realized I posted this in the wrong thread ...

Today was peanut butter err, Festool Roadshow time. :) :) :)

I bought the limited edition SYS-2. Everything else are/were welcoming gifts from Festool and the dealer.

Kind regards,
Oliver

Hello, my name is Mike.  I am a green tool addict.

That being said, since owning 7 Festool sanders is not enough, I ordered #8 today.

*sigh*

RO-125 inbound.  Justified because I already own an ETS 125.

*sigh*

I am an addict.  Is there a self help group?

In other news, the last sander I bought, the RO90, is brilliant as a headlight polishing tool.  I justified its purchase cost already in the fogged headlights I have fixed.

I am going to have a hard time justifying why I bought the RO125, other than now I have a complete set. :-/

Hi Mike,

This is the addict self help forum and you are in safe hands. Here on the FOG we can sit in a circle and confess our sins of obsession and share experiences. The good thing is that Dr Festool has confirmed that we should not be ashamed but proud of our habit as long as we use the Green Stuff to the benefit of our families, customers or both.

It's OK. I sleep better knowing that I have the range of Rotex Sanders. I do really like the 125 and your rationale makes complete sense to me.

Just added a Vectuto to the stack. Bought the full set with the plug it model. Have the jobs to use it on as soon as it lands.
Hk55 and some LR32 tracks and a guide rail kit are next before the end of the month. If I can squeeze it in the budget before the 31st I might pick up an OF1400.
Yesterday my mixing rod broke while making lime putty for a repainting job. I almost ran out and bought an mx1200....

Help! I fallen down the rabbit hole....
CT 26E, RO125, sys-mft, sys-toolbox, a bunch of 30 year old tools I'm looking to replace.
