Height limit stop on my OF 1400
« on: December 20, 2012, 11:57 PM »
I am doing my first job with my LR 32 setup and my OF 1400 router. 8 ft. High closet panels. If I could limit the recoil to about 1/4" above the panel it would save about half my vertical movement and I wouldn't have to watch so close to keep from moving before the bit is out. I will have something invented for mine before this job is over. Soon I plan to have an air cylinder to push the router down with no effort. With it I'll have a green led the only lights when the router is in the up position and then I will only move to the next hole when the green light is on.
