There a lot of things I would purchase but I think the top of my list would be the cms inserts so I could take full advantage of the cms system. Others would be sword saw, belt sander, corded drills and wheel machine

For me, the CTL-Sys.

I'd buy popcorn .. to eat while I sat and watched the frenzy.

In the mean time I think I'll go and play with my sword saw, or maybe my belt sander ... [big grin]

Assuming all those tools are 230v 50-Hz, then can they on 60-Hz?

If so there may not be a lot to prevent them running on US 220v... Other then many people are adverse to using US 220v and desire the convenience of a 110v outlet.

If they brought the cms insert for the saw, if get it, the router insert and the cms table. The table isn't worth anything unless it's multipurpose. I have a great router table and a couple table saws, just a pain carry around.

Festool USA sent an email out today announcing changes to Festool Connect, an invitation to JLC Live, and... NEW TOOLS ARE COMING.

We don't know what they are, but we can all dream.

I would buy a CMS tomorrow if we could get the other inserts.  Without the other insert options it has not been worth it to me.  I would also like to be able to mount an OF2200 without breaking the rules….

And how much would you be willing to pay for it? TS insert is near 400 Euro. Seems like the cost of CMS with full set of inserts is a bit crazy.

I bought the CMS TS insert from a German seller on eBay, just under 400 bucks with shipping, got it today and did a few test cuts. I think it will work out nice...

That chainsaw/bandsaw took me an inordinately long time to figure out how the throttle was regulated.  That looks like an inherently hazardous tool, and that's coming from someone who doesn't pause at using a chainsaw for ripping logs.

I would buy one or more of the SYS-Combo units if they would just hurry up and make them available.  Brilliant solution to a problem.  I feel like l'm waiting for penicillin to be re-invented or something.

I have the MFT/3 table, also I have the CMS VL router table that is attached to the end of it. I don't understand why there's not a short "Pig tail" plug it cord made to connect the router to the power switch of the VL table, it just makes sense to have it, I think the VL power switch should have it built in.

For starters, the European UVEX safety glasses are way more
fashionable than that of the US brand of the same name and lineage but different ownership (what a mouthful).

https://www.festool.co.uk/Products/Accessories/Pages/Detail.aspx?pid=500119&name=Safety-glasses-Festool

The tablesaws were reportedly slated to come here, some time ago, alas...

https://www.festool.co.uk/Products/Pages/Product-Detail.aspx?pid=561254&name=Trimming-saw-PRECISIO-CS-70-EB-GB-240V

Many salivate when they think of this classic holz-her.

But my personal curiosity has honed in on this geared sheet sander:

And then it is, of course, I have a crush on this one

I honestly think a well sorted narrow (ultra narrow) chainsaw table could be a real winner. Done RIGHT it has the potential to be a lot safer than a table saw.

Chip free melamine cuts could be a challenge [wink]

If one got an Eu one then they have a spakie put a US220v plug in it.

DSC-AG 125 or 230
I'd buy that in a heartbeat. The Bosch version blows chunks.
With the amount of cement and mortar cutting that gets done around here Festool is really losing out.
