I'd like to see a clamp-on guide/indexing jig for use with the Domino tool, much like the Mafell device shown late in the video here - http://festoolownersgroup.com/other-tools-accessories/mafell-erikca-pull-saw/?topicseen.

I think Michael Kellough got it right when he posted the following in that thread...

I recently had to join a lot of 12mm boards to make panels for doors and the ability to quickly adjust from one setting to the next and back again was a huge help. No need for another expensive attachment and no set up time required.
