Sanding sealer and Lacquer.

Can   sanding sealer  be used  as a   base   for  2 pack  acid catylising  lacquer?

The product data sheet should include a recommended sanding sealer. I'd recommend that you stick with products from the same manufacturer to reduce the possibility of products being incompatible.

You should never use catalyzed product over non catalyzed. You can go the other way though.
