Go to the app store and search for "tapatalk", download it (free) and then enter your FOG credentials to use it.

Can also use VBB hosted forums as well.

Have a look for Forum Runner in the app store, not sure if it's free or not, you can set it up to show FOG as a favourite so when you launch tha app FOG is shown on th top banner , hope that works for you.

Forum Runner has a free app that doesn't show the FOG but does have TalkFestool Scared there is no setting for favourites either.

If you just want to add it as a link on your home screen (no app needed);

Open FOG in Safari→tap the crooked arrow in the box on the bottom of the screen→chose "add to home screen".

If you want to add it to the home bar at the bottom of the screen→hold a widget until they shake→drag the widget you wish to remove from the home bar to the screen→drag the FOG widget to the home bar→press the home button to stop the shaking.

I just reread this and noticed you want the RSS feed. For that you will need to install an RSS app. I have FeeddlerRSS on my iPhone. I have the free version, you have to put up with ads and no keyword search. It works as they describe.
