Posting HTML?

Is there any way to post a pre-written block of HTML, instead of using the crippled buttons that they give us? I just posted a table that I'd exported from Excel into HTML, but then had to redo it all because the HTML that I pasted in was quoted raw, i.e. the output looked like "<table> <tr> <td>..."
