Administrator Help / Pass word change?

 How can I change my pass word to get on the site? Currently I am on only because it’s locked into my home computer. But I can’t get on at work or from another location because I can’t remember my pass word. And in the modify setting area you need your pass word to change your pass word So do you see my dilemma…or am I missing something?
