You can imagine my surprise and confusion when, after making my 500th post earlier, I am yet to receive a troupe of dancing girls at my door or a complimentary consignment of quality tool-porn from FESTOOL HQ  Crying.   I can only assume the management of this forum (yes, I mean you, Shane and Peter) are asleep at the controls.

Seriously, if I'd know this in advance I'd have bought Black and Decker  Scratching Chin

Magic pencil on the way to you too.   If Brice got his, he should do a review.

By the way.  You are also entitled to a pin for every 500 posts.

Festooling at the end of a dirt road in New Mexico

Good one Rick!  Rolling on the floor laughing.

Reminds me of the line the Festool trainers use.  They say "I'll give the first one to answer this question correctly a Domino."  Then he asks the winner "What size would you like 5,6, 8 mm?"

Mac,  Sorry I did not notice that.  My sincerest apologies!  I was busy searching the web for something for Brice:

I may not have remembered your milestone post, but I think that it has been about three months since we had an update on your best project ever - Daisy.

Remember - no picts - it didn't happen.  Explain that to your lovely bride.

All is good my friend  Big Grin.  Post some picts.

The tools in my truck were talking the other day.  The Dewalts, PC's, Boschs, Makitas were not happy.  They also were in the minority.  Their complaint:  They felt unused and unappreciated since the Festools moved in.  I guess the truth hurts.

Haha, what splendid fellows you all are  Thumbs Up

Here's a recent snap of Daisy, Peter. She's the younger one of the two. The other one's my lovely wife, Kirsty.  She's growing up quickly and is quite a handful (Daisy, not my wife)  Smile

Cheers,

Rick, so you're the one I need to blame for needing to upgrade our server for the second time in six months time!  Mad Hmmprh!

I've got a prize for you.

Ah, I guess we'll keep you around. You're just too nice of a guy.

Mac asked for pictures of my Mac - as he calls him the unofficial mascot of the FOG.

Here are pictures from today as I was pre-packing Fogtainers.  He loves to watch and pose.  He is now 7 months and 55 lbs.  A philosopher at times - a mountain lion at others.
