Rob. my kids wont eat black pudding i love it not had any for awhile. I grew up on all that stuff blk pudding, kidneys, liver and stuffed hearts

Hope you can grab tight with it, you will need to if you go for some of the big rides in Florida next month  I love black pudding also, but then i am Scottish so we are meant to eat that sort of stuff  Woodguy.

Glad you are on the mend. I love all those thing I shouldn't be eating and have a lot of fun getting the locals (French) to eat "stuffed sheeps stomach" - haggis. I have also managed to teach our local butcher, who cuts up the meat we buy from the farm, the English for "Boudin Noir" The first thing he usually says when I meet him is black pudding! (We had the liver, heart and kidneys from a sheep a neighbour just slaughtered for dinner tonight) My apologies to all vegetarians etc.

I love black puddings and all that kidneys and guts stuff. Went to a restaurant one time and ordered a platter to split with the woman included on the platter was a couple of puddings. "Black Pudding!" I said excitedly. The missus made a strange repulsed face, I took a bite and said "Oh I must be mistaken actually, I don't know what this is but it's fantastic you should try some". She falls for it and loves the stuff I told her it was actually black puds at the end of the meal.
Oh and your hand is looking good glad to hear all is well. I was wondering what was going on.

The finger feels wierd as where the nerves were cut there is no feeling on the pad bit where your print would be. The wierdest bit is how my whole hand is affected being in that splint for 4 weeks or more. It takes time to get strength back. It doesnt look that bad in the photo i must admit like jonny says it just looks like a scratch, im surprised how well its healed so quick. The cut i did is the one straight accross the finger and the surgeon did the one above at 45 degrees and one below at 45 a bit like looking at a ledged and braced door i did the middle rail he did the diagonal braces.

I've been in a few casts in the past(s)... I'm really good with crutches.
The worst part is wearing the darned cast. The second worst part is how much the related muscles atrophy. It takes a while to get them back, partially because you have to treat the injured aspect gingerly.
I used to think that physical therapy was nonsense. I don't any more.
