Good point Ken , you got him by the short and curlies on that front. He has been on hot stand by for days The other day we had a surreal discussion about Brakeman Hicks someting or other. Any way labour commenced at 6 o clock our time. Can just imagine him pacing up and down the waiting area scowling at every one John Edit Sorry thats Braxton Hicks

Give him another couple of hours. Then I could see him going in and pulling the baby out himself, then handing it to the doctor.

Yep the Eagle has not landed yet. Still in holding pattern. Woodguy you snitch . He is sanding up XL dominos to make into teething ring things You do know he is planing on making a crib with the left overs of those gates, i did point out 6x4 oak was just a little heavy for the framing.

Congratulations to the New Mum, Guy and family, great news. Are we going to see a plethora of grandchild inspired projects like those Frank Pellow brilliantly produces? Rob.

Hi Everyone and thanks for all the comments, Here she is Rosanna, 7lb 8oz of pure perfection As John and Alan have pointed out I am not known for my sensitivity and am a little uncomfortable with gushing emotion but wow what a feeling, and I couldn't be more proud of her and her Mum, and yes a little dewy eyed when I first held her. Dont worry John, Alan & Ken, just a temporary blip, I will resume our communications with my usual trademark of blunt subtlety!
