Just released by Festool USA !!! Not available in Australia or Europe !
Festool BL-2007 OmniMix.
I've gotta get me one of these. It'll set me back $560 from what the press release says, but it must be worth it.
Only thing that sucks is that you have to also have the OF 1010 EQ, and if you intend to make thick milkshakes, you will require the full amperage that the OF 1400 EQ offers.

I guess it needs a splash guard rather than the DC port. I'll work on it.  I'm waiting for my MFT 1080 to arrive, so I have to kill time somehow! JM |

Not quite true. We have the 240 volt BS-2007 model in Wales. It is used to liquidize sheep for a refreshing afternoon cocktail with both the and the tail included.
Plus our version has a wool extractor so that your wife or better half can knit a sweater whilst you enjoy a quiet drink and think about your next purchase from Schloss Festool.

If you haven't been there, check out http://www.willitblend.comA fun site that might put your Festool blender to the test, even with a 2000 router motor. Haven't seem them blend a 2x4, but they've tried just about everything else. Have fun, but filter the chips before drinking. Neil |

Albert Hey, Albert, I was in Sydney a month ago doing a project, and the first thing I did when I got to my hotel room was to see if the water really did drain in reverse. My observations were inconclusive, which means that I must get back there soon to study the phenonmenon further! I was pleased to see that the carpenters who were assembling the theater stage set for us were using a TS55, CT33, several long guide rails and both types of drills. It was my first opportunity to see Festools in action, and they were amazing - perfect place for the dust extraction, where they didn't want a bunch of it on all the seats. JM |
