Bahco now has a handsaw system with an ergonomic handle with seperate blades. It's a bit heavy, but it is comfortable, and the blades feel a little sturdier than the other bahco handsaws (which in their turn are sturdier than the other brands that are sold round here (and cost less))
link After getting the saw and 3 blades, I regretted for a moment not being a lefty, because that will keep other people from using your handsaw.
The locking system works pretty good, easy blade replacement (coarser or finer, depending on intended use), and the handle locks good, and can be used as a square with no play (I checked this, because I thought it could have play in it, or be less accurate than a normal (disposable) handsaw.)
